Description | The CMAR selected will provide preconstruction services to include but not limited to constructability reviews , cost estimates ( the City estimates 5 ), advice for project improvements , project analysis and feedback regarding materials , methods , schedule , labor and other conditions affecting construction of the project . These services will be used to refine and finalize the project design . The preconstruction services may also include additional geotechnical / subsurface investigations beyond the geotech investigation performed by the Design Professional . |
