Addendum 3 is issued to modify, clarify, explain or correct the original solicitation and is hereby made part of RFQ 107D-26F.Addendum 2 is issued to modify, clarify, explain or correct the original solicitation, to provide answers to questions, and to include the following information and is hereby made part of RFQ 107D-26F:Estimated Cost- $80 MSchedule– this project is bond funded and therefore will be broken up into phases to accommodate funding schedule.Construction Phase A will be funded in Q1/Q2 of Fiscal Year 2027Construction Phase B will be funded in Q4 of Fiscal Year 2028Construction Phase C will be funded in Q4 of Fiscal Year 2029Addendum 1 is issued to update the closing time for this solicitation.Pursuant to the provisions of the Texas Government Code Section 2269, it is the intention of the City of Irving, Texas to select aConstruction Manager at Risk (CMAR)for the delivery of aJoint Public Safety Facility (JPSF)located at 909 Hidden Ridge Drive, Irving, Texas, 75038.The selected firm will providepreconstruction and construction phase servicesto support the successful planning, design, and construction of this critical public safety project.The method to be used to select the CMAR is theone-step processas detailedinChapter2269 of theGovernmentCode.Thecontract willbeawarded onthe basisof theCost of the Work plus a Fee with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).The City of Irving is concurrently soliciting the services of an architectural firm responsible for Design Development.The selected CMAR is to assist the City and its selected architectural team with the completion of the design process, materials/systems evaluation and selection, construction documents, cost estimating, project scheduling, subcontractor bidding, construction, and project closeout. Selection will be in accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code §2269.251.Any questions or request for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specification, an addendum will be issued.A public opening will be held via TEAMS.  Please see the Activities tab for further details.Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal.
