The scope includes construction services for:Construction of the Coquitlam Main No. 4 – Cape Horn Section and a segment of Port Moody Main No. 3 consists of the installation of 4.1 km of 2,200 mm inside diameter (I.D.) steel water main in the City of Coquitlam through several phases. The buried water main is located along Dewdney Trunk Road and Lougheed Highway of the City of Coquitlam. The Project also consists of the construction of several air valve and blow down chambers. It is imperative to note that the successful contractor will be required to supply all steel water main through the Corporation approved vendors: Northwest Pipe, Thompson Pipe, or American Spiral Weld. No other vendors will be accepted unless otherwise stated in the upcoming Construction RFP or ITT phase.
