The Work includes but is not limited to, the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and services necessary to complete the Work as shown or as inferred by the Contract Documents. A link to join the meeting can be found in Instructions to Bidders, Item 3.3 of the Document. Attendance will be at the discretion of the Bidder, however, Bidders who choose not to attend will be deemed to have received all of the information made available to attendees. A Bidder’s failure to attend the non-mandatory site visit is at the Bidder’s sole risk and responsibility.
