Description | This solicitation is being amended to add FAR Clause 52.232-18, Availability of Funds. All offers must address Block 11 of the SF-30. =============================================== Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) Site Marianas has a requirement to provide construction security and surveillance services onboard Naval Base Guam, to support a secure construction project in accordance with the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 series and Department of Defense (DoD) policies. Solicitation number N6264926QH006 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for construction security and surveillance services. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) only. Offerors must be certified as an SDVOSB by the Small Business Administration (SBA) at the time of proposal submission and award. The Government will verify the offeror’s SDVOSB status in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and the SBA’s certification database. QUESTIONS: All questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted via email to Jason Perez, email: jason.q.perez.civ@us.navy.mil and Cynthia Cruz, email: cynthia.r.cruz2.civ@us.navy.mil no later than five (5) calendar days before submissions are due. The Government reserves the right not to respond to any questions received after this due date. Accordingly, Offerors are encouraged to review all solicitation requirements, instructions and submit questions to the Government as early as possible. |
