Following Member States' formal notification of national transposition measures, the Commission shall seek to receive assessment on the completeness of the transposition of EU Public Procurement Directives (i.e. Directive 2014/23/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, Directive 2014/25/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council), as well as comprehensive and in-depth legal analysis about the compliance with EU Directives of the national transposition measures and the translation of those national measures into English. Moreover, the Commission may request a legal analysis concerning the national provisions that — in regulating public procurement issues and within the respect of EU rules in that field — go beyond the scope of the EU Directives (for more details, see the technical specifications).
