Country:   Home-based with visits to projects target locations of the Assignment:This consultancy aims to support the development and dissemination of improved Russian language teaching methodologies tailored to the needs of rural learners in the southern regions of Kyrgyzstan. Through a structured process that includes needs assessment, methodology development, capacity-building training, and knowledge-sharing seminars, the project seeks to equip rural youth in Osh, Jalal-Abad and Batken provinces with language skills that enhance their educational and employment opportunities.Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 4 monthsProposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
