Description | In an effort to offer the most flexibility and opportunity for redevelopment of the 80 - acre South Meadows Site , CRDA intends to proceed with the Closure Plan work , followed by demolition of all RRF - related equipment and buildings at the Site . The Closure Plan will therefore have to be revised to incorporate the anticipated building demolition into the closure process , as well as to address previous CT - DEEP and Greater Hartford Flood Commission (“ GHFC ”) comments , and incorporate information presented in the South Meadows Redevelopment Considerations Study . |
