Description | Norsk sekvenserings senter (NSC) har sekvenseringsintrumenter fra Pacific Biosciences Inc. (PacBio). For å begrense nedetiden på instrumentparken er alle instrumenter på løpende serviceavtaler, og alle reagenser assosiert med virksomheten har vært levert av de spesifikke instrument leverandører. Denne kunngjøringen gjelder levering av kjemikalier og kit til PacBio Revio systemet, som er et sekvenseringsystem som leverer lange sekvenser (>1kb), spesielt egnet for de-novo applikasjoner, deteksjon av strukturell variasjon mm. NSC vil nå inngå en rammeavtale på 2 år med mulig forlengelse i ytterligere 1+1 år om leveranse av kjemikalier og kit for PacBio instrumenter med Pacific Biosciences Inc. |
