Description | In accordance with the Consultants ’ Competitive Negotiation Act ( F . S . 287 . 055 ), the City of Brooksville seeks statements of qualifications from firms to provide miscellaneous continuing professional engineering , surveying , and design services on an as - needed basis in connection with the development and improvement of the City of Brooksville infrastructure or projects such as Community Redevelopment Agency ( CRA ) task orders . Respondents may submit qualifications for one or more of the professional services disciplines identified below . The scope of services for each project will be negotiated as project needs arise . The City intends to contract directly with one or more qualified firms in each discipline . Where multi - disciplinary teaming is required , the City may request multiple firms to work together on a project , or may retain a firm in one discipline as a subconsultant to another professional firm selected through this process , as applicable .
