Description | The Vendor { Contractor } shall complete the following work : 1 . Provide routine , scheduled maintenance to include : a . Verification of equipment functionality and inspection of monitoring stations ’ physical access and integrity b . Change of GE Reuter Stokes HPIC for calibration ; c . Battery replacement as directed by the State Contract Manager ( SCM ). The timing of the subtasks noted above will be directed by the SCM . 2 . Diagnose the cause of all failures at CREST monitoring sites and restore the affected site ( s ) to fully functional status . Failures may include : a . Data transmission failure due to faulty equipment ; b . Radiation monitoring equipment failure ; c . Wireless service and / or telephone service provider failure ; d . Electrical power failure ; and e . Other causes . |
