Description | The objective of this consultancy is to develop demand-driven digital and technical and vocational skills aligned with current and future labor market needs to support economic diversification in Angola, focusing on strategic and emerging sectors along the Lobito Corridor and neighboring provinces. This effort is fully aligned with the National Human Capital Development Plan 2023-2037 and the Long-Term Strategy “Angola 2050”. The assignment involves the re-alignment and formal accreditation of education and training curricula, particularly within Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and Science Technology and Mathematics + Innovation (STEM+I) programs to address critical skills gaps, enhance employability especially for women and youth, contribute to inclusive and sustainable growth and job creation. |
