Control of cleaning services

<b><i>Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s <a href="https://ec.europa.eu/docsroom/documents/40287" target="_blank">intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. </a> </i></b><br></br>JRC Geel requires a control of the contract of cleaning services. The control is based on an objective measuring system (VSR-KMS), generally recognised in the sector. The controls are aiming to improve cleaning services through factual feedback and helpful suggestions. The previous contracts for the control of the cleaning services have had the result to decrease complaints from end users and improve the quality of the cleaning. In the view of always improving our service to the end user, it is deemed to have substantial added value.
