● Replace current equipment with unit equivalent . ● Each unit shall come with 3 additional toner cartridges of each color and additional waste toner containers . ● Bidder must provide pricing for both color and black & white copiers ● Only new and current production copier models are acceptable . No refurbished units will be considered . ● Vendors must provide pricing for a 36 , 48 and 60 month FMV lease ● Lease option must include a non - appropriation funding clause ● Proposers must provide a minimum of 5 references , 3 of which must be school districts that your company has serviced for at least 3 years . ● The list must include company name , contact person , telephone number , & mailing address . Failure to provide references may be cause for rejection of the proposal . ● Service includes toner , developer , staples , parts and labor . Does not include paper . ● Specify cost per copy ( color & black and white ) for usage ● Specify the yearly percent increase in service cost and cost per copy ● A copy of certificate liability insurance must be provided prior to delivery of machines ● All proposals must be submitted using the attached proposal form ; no exceptions . ● Each building location will require one unit that can create a booklet with a 75 page minimum .
