Description | The City of Passaic , through its Urban Enterprise Zone ( UEZ ) Program , is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed training providers to conduct a [ Cosmetology / Barbering / Esthetics / Manicuring ] Workforce Training Program for residents and business owners . The purpose of this program is to provide participants with industry - recognized skills and certifications that support employment and entrepreneurship within Passaic ’ s beauty and personal care industry . The selected training provider will be responsible for : • Delivering a [ Cosmetology / Barbering / Esthetics / Manicuring ] curriculum consistent with NJ State Board licensing standards . • Providing all instructional materials , equipment , and tools needed for the course . • Ensuring that participants receive both theoretical instruction and practical , hands - on training hours required for licensing . • Administering evaluations and tracking student attendance , progress , and outcomes . • Assisting participants with exam preparation and license application support . • Submitting attendance and progress reports to the UEZ Program on a monthly basis . |
