Weber School District is requesting an RFP for the hot water recirculation re - pipe at Country View Elementary . Plans are attached and all discussions will take place at theMANDATORY JOB WALK on March 12 , 2026 @ 9 : 00 . Meet at front of school by the office . Bid are due March 18 , 2026 @ 1 : 00 p . m .. Bids will only be accepted by those who attend the job walk . Late bids will be rejected . Start and completion dates will be discussed at the job walk . The Board of Education , Weber School District , reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes or any portion thereof and to waive any abnormalities during the bidding process as the District deems to be in their best interest . Low bid is no way binding upon our district and final selection and honoring of the bids will be made by our office . BID SECURITY : Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check , cashier ' s check or bid bond in the amount of five percent ( 5 %) of the total bid price payable to WEBER SCHOOL DISTRICT as a guarantee that the bidder , if his bid is accepted , will promptly execute the Contract , secure payment of worker ' s compensation insurance and furnish a satisfactory , faithful performance bond in the amount of one hundred ( 100 %) of the contract price and a payment bond in the amount of one hundred ( 100 %) of the contract price .
