<p style="text-align: justify;">The <span class="templateTag mceNonEditable" data-templatevariable="customVariable.948664">Palm Desert Housing Authority</span> (&ldquo;<span class="templateTag mceNonEditable" data-templatevariable="customVariable.948666">Authority</span>&rdquo;) is requesting proposals from qualified firms (&ldquo;Firm" or "Proposer") for <span class="templateTag mceNonEditable" data-templatevariable="project.title">Courtesy Patrol Services at Residential Properties</span> (&ldquo;Services&rdquo;) to establish a Professional Services Agreement ("Agreement" or "Contract") to serve and promote the general welfare of its residents, the <span class="templateTag mceNonEditable" data-templatevariable="customVariable.948666">Authority</span> intends to procure the Services, as described herein.<p style="text-align: justify;"><span class="templateTag mceNonEditable" data-templatevariable="customVariable.948668">The successful proposer shall offer services encompassing proactive patrols across the Authority's fifteen income-restricted residential properties ("Properties"), promptly addressing any issues or potential disruptions encountered while conducting these Services. It will be the Firm's responsibility to circulate throughout the buildings and the various Properties, enforce property rules/policies, and investigate unauthorized persons or any unusual activity. Additionally, the Firm will serve as a prominent deterrent to crime, maintaining high visibility, detecting any signs of intrusion, and fulfilling any other Services that are outlined in this RFP or deemed necessary to fulfill the Authority's requirements.</span>The agreement for services shall be for a period of three (3) years, commencing July 1, 2024. The contract will havetwo (2), one-year extension options for a maximum possible Contract term of five (5) years.
