Description

The Scope of Work to be performed under this RFP shall be constructed under a Single Prime General Construction Contract ( all trades combined ) and includes , but is not necessarily limited to the following : 2 . 1 . 1 . Verifying existing lighting circuits , plug types , and fixture locations . 2 . 1 . 2 . Verify lighting panel and directories . 2 . 1 . 3 . Provide new raceways , replace damaged and / or missing raceways and circuits as required for a complete system . 2 . 1 . 4 . All circuit wiring shall be wired to the circuits on the Drawings , and new . 2 . 1 . 5 . Provide new circuit breakers and update panel schedules . 2 . 1 . 6 . Provide new lighting fixtures as indicated on Drawings . 2 . 1 . 7 . Coordinate with the University to configure lighting controls sequence . 2 . 1 . 8 . Test all finished work , including circuiting , controls , circuit breakers and light fixtures . 2 . 1 . 9 . Provide lighting control system ( light timers and dimmer switches ) for exterior lights per specifications on Drawings
