MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE is scheduled for August 18, 2026, at 10 a.m. Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at Cheez’s Garage, 58 Chesebro Lane, Smethport, PA 16749. FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID. |
