The project also includes the widening of the Blue Ridge Blvd . from 3rd Street to Grandview Road . The project also includes the extension of the RCB under Blue Ridge Blvd . Finally , the project includes the widening of the CPKC tracks embankment for the located CPKC mainline track . With this project this includes , the associated clearing and grubbing , excavation , backfill , seeding , erosion control measures , construction staking , and existing culvert cleanout . |
