Description | This notice is a sources sought / request for information and is strictly for market research purposes only . Contingency Response Forces ( CRF ) are often the first to establish air mobility operations , and their ability to receive , turn , and launch aircraft hinges on having reliable and flexible fueling capabilities . A tailored kit allows teams to quickly set up safe fueling storage , conduct multi - platform refueling , and support a diverse mix of mobility , ISR , and tactical aircraft in degraded and austere environments where traditional infrastructure is not available . Pumps must be man - portable and have the ability to pump 300 Gallons Per Minute ( GPM ), pressure regulated +/- 50 PSI , have an integrated dead man switch , and fit into the back of an MRZR . |
