Description | Qualified contractors are invited to bid on the construction of a new 5 + 1 - bay Vehicle Storage Facility ( VSF ), The project is located at an existing CDOT Maintenance yard in the town of Craig just North of HWY 40 . The new VSF shall be a 6 , 000 gross square foot pre - engineered metal building ( PEMB ). The VSF will contain an administration bay and three 20 ’- 0 ” x 50 ’- 0 ” bays used to store CDOT plow trucks , and two 20 ’ x0 ” x50 ’- 0 ” bays used as wash bays . The floor shall be concrete slab - on - grade with a 20 - foot concrete apron at the overhead door side . See more |
