Description | The Contractor must provide all qualified labor , equipment , and materials necessary to perform annual inspections , dielectric inspections ( i . e . testing with " live loads ") and quadrennial proof - load tests and issue certifications of compliance for cranes and hoists identified in Exhibit A , Attachment 2 , Equipment List . The Contractor will perform annual functional load testing for crane certification in accordance with Title 8 , Article 99 and Article 100 of the General Industry Safety Orders |
