The Contractor shall furnish all equipment and supplies required to support Salamander - compatible credentialing operations , including but not limited to the following categories : Credential Production Equipment • Single - sided and dual - sided PVC ID card printers • Printer ribbon kits and cleaning kits • Lamination devices ( if applicable ) • Security overlays or holographic laminates Identity Capture Equipment • Digital cameras or webcams suitable for ID photography • Signature capture pads • Fingerprint scanners compliant with FBI Appendix F ( or equivalent ) Card Encoding and Security Devices • Smart card readers / writers • Barcode and / or QR code scanners • Proximity card encoders ( HID or equivalent ) Mobile Equipment • Portable transport cases for mobile credentialing kits Credential Media and Accessories • Blank PVC cards ( CR80 or equivalent ) • Smart cards or proximity cards • Badge holders • Lanyards and clips Software Compatibility • All proposed equipment must be fully compatible with Salamander credentialing software . • Contractors must certify interoperability with Salamander systems Training and Documentation • Set - up and user documentation • Optional on - site or virtual training Warranty and Support • Manufacturer warranties • Technical support procedures • Replacement and repair processes MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Proposals must meet the following minimum requirements : • Equipment shall be compatible with Salamander credentialing systems • Printer hardware must include Salamander Print License with installation , configuration , and licensing ( Per PC Qty 1 license per printer ) included with Card and Label printers • Printer and Hardware must include shipping and handling costs • Printer hardware must include driver installation and configuration . • Printer hardware must include 3 - year warranty including parts , labor , and remote support at no additional cost . • Contractor shall be an authorized reseller or integrator for proposed equipment • Equipment shall support NIMS - compliant credentialing • Contractor shall provide statewide delivery within Kansas
