Description | The Project includes the following Work : Work of the Project includes all exterior work for the construction of wells , on - site wastewater systems , exterior piping and appurtenances and exterior electrical improvements for 13 homes in Crooked Creek , AK . In addition , one additional home will be provided with a well system . The Contractor shall furnish all labor , materials , equipment , tools , services , testing , and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings and shall have experience with on - site water and sewer system construction . Contractor shall be a certified septic system installer . |
