The terms “ Bidder ” or “ Vendor ” shall be used interchangeably throughout this document . The New York Racing Association , Inc . ( NYRA ) is seeking proposals for the procurement and implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity platform to replace its existing Trend Micro MDR solution . The proposed solution shall provide integrated capabilities including endpoint protection , identity threat protection , managed detection and response ( MDR ), threat intelligence , and next - generation SIEM functionality . The selected solution must be fully implemented and operational as soon as practicable following contract execution to ensure continuity of cybersecurity coverage and avoid any lapse in protection across NYRA ’ s environment . NYRA makes no representation , promise , or warranty that a contract to provide services will result from participating in this RFQ . All expenses and / or costs incurred by the Bidder for developing the Proposals are entirely the responsibility of the Bidders and will not be paid by NYRA .
