This is a barrier removal project spread over two phases . Accessibility upgrades include a new sloped concrete floor for the front half of the room , new distributed accessible seating areas and a fully accessible stage . Additional scope includes seating replacement for the front half of the room , targeted room finishes upgrades , adjustments to the mechanical and electrical systems to accommodate the sloped floor , lighting spotlights , audiovisual technology integration and teaching wall improvement . The fixed seating will be owner furnished and owner installed . The general contractor will be responsible for coordinating delivery timing , providing a clean , clear and ready job site , a clear path to the work area and lay down space for furniture product during installation . The first phase of the project will include a premobilization coordination and submittals phase , during which the contactor will submit all submittals and confirm site dimensions . The second phase will be mobilization and site construction . Project Phasing in accordance with Specification Section 01 32 80 .
