The State of Nevada , The Office of the Military , is seeking bids / proposals from qualified contractors to perform the installation of showers replacement at 2444 Fairview Dr . Carson City , NV 89701 . The contractor is to remove four existing showers and install four new showers . Contractor is to provide labor , supervision , materials , tools , transportation , and incidentals necessary to effectively fulfill all requirements of this contract . Scope of Work & Detailed Specifications shall be performed on an “ as - needed ” basis . 9 . 1 . 1 General Intention : This Scope of Work is intended to include all work required to complete the tasks described below . 9 . 1 . 2 Task ( s ): The contractor shall perform the removal of four showers and install four new showers , all related required materials and accessories to perform project completion of the shower replacement project . Shower replacement installation shall include , but are not limited to : Remove and dispose of ( 1 ) shower stall in room # A123 . Remove and dispose of ( 2 ) shower stall in room # C105 . Remove and dispose of ( 1 ) shower stall in room # C113 . Remove and dispose of shower valves in room # A123 , # C105 and # C113 . Install ( 4 ) Moen Posi - Temp rough valves with chrome trim . Add ½ ” isolation valves to ( 4 ) shower stalls . Install new drain / p - trap to ( 4 ) shower stalls . Test all plumbing for leaks . Contractor is responsible for all material and related debris from this project must be removed from plot boundaries . Contractor is responsible for any and all labor , required materials to perform project . All bid proposals shall also include the total cost of project work including all labor , materials , equipment and services to complete installation . This is not an ongoing service contract , and vendors are not required to provide hourly rates for each year of the contract . 9 . 1 . 3 Vendor shall contact site manager no less than TWO ( 2 ) working days prior to monthly site visit to coordinate escorted access to buildings . 9 . 1 . 4 All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable laws , regulations , codes , and ordinances of state and local agencies . 9 . 1 . 5 All shower installation services shall be performed by personnel employed and supervised by the Bidder . Bidder shall provide information in technical supervision through a competent foreman , as required , to implement modern methods and newly developed horticulture procedures 9 . 1 . 6 Service could be required on a one - time , as - needed , quarterly , semi - annual , and annual basis .
