Technical Capability and Equipment Standards Describe Proposer ' s ability to provide and maintain state - of - the - art vending machines , micro markets , and smart coolers across all CSN campuses . At a minimum include the following :  The quality and age of proposed equipment and current technology capabilities .  Energy Star certification or equivalent energy efficiency ratings for all equipment .  ADA compliance features and placement capabilities .  Micro market with self - checkout kiosks , security cameras , and professional merchandising displays .  Smart cooler inventory management systems with automated payment processing .  Equipment aesthetic compatibility with campus environments .  Demonstrate capability to support cashless payment systems including credit / debit cards , mobile payments , and integration with CSN Paw Pass campus card system using Nayax or Apriva compatible card readers . Service Delivery and Operational Performance Proposer ' s are to provide the following service and operation performance information :  Explain the response time of the repair and the “ trade out ” of damaged equipment , as well as the speed at which repair calls are handled .  Include information of the dedicated technician assigned to CSN .  Give a detailed preventive maintenance program for all equipment .  Describe the proposed transition and implementation plan including site surveys , equipment placement plans , and complete installation timeline .  Explain established protocols for product rotation , expired product removal , and inventory management ; and capability to provide additional service visits during peak periods including registration , finals , and special events . Product Mix and Beverage Compliance Proposer ’ s are to provide the following product and beverage information :  Provide the Proposer ’ s understanding and commitment to comply with CSN Nevada exclusive Pepsi beverage agreement .  Give in detail the variety and quality of proposed snack products including traditional items , healthy alternatives , fresh food options , grab - and - go items , and specialty dietary options ( gluten - free , vegan , allergen - friendly ); clear product labeling with nutritional information and expiration dates .  Describe the proposers ’ flexibility to accommodate CSN product selection , input and change requests .  Explain proposed methods for maintaining product freshness and quality ; seasonal and promotional item offerings ; and capability to source local and regional specialty products .
