Description | 1 . GENERAL CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS Contractor shall : Verify all field dimensions prior to construction . Coordinate construction sequencing to minimize disruption to CTSI services . Provide temporary partitions , dust control , and safety barriers . Maintain egress routes and life safety systems at all times . Provide construction staging , material storage , and worker parking plan . Protect existing utilities , landscaping , and adjacent facilities . Provide final cleaning and building commissioning prior to acceptance . 2 . DEMOLITION AND SELECTIVE REMOVAL Work shall include but is not limited to : Removal of non - load - bearing partitions as shown on Attached Drawings . Removal of existing floor coverings , ceilings , cabinetry , and fixtures . Removal of outdated mechanical and electrical systems . |
