Description | The City of Phoenix ( COP ) is seeking a qualified consultant to provide Engineering services on the COP ’ s large diameter sanitary sewer pipelines and manholes focusing on National Association of Sewer Service Companies ( NASSCO ) Grade 4 & Grade 5 infrastructure as per the 2026 Condition Assessment Report that is set to be completed in 2026 . Services will include design and possible construction administration and inspection for Cured - In - Place lined pipelines , amongst other materials , and associated manholes . Rehabilitation projects are located at multiple locations within the COP right - of - way or easements . |
