Los Alamitos, CA 90720 Description: This is a non-personal services contract to provide Custodial Services. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for items specified as Government furnished property. Please see the PWS and technical exhibits for specific details. This solicitation is a "request for quotations (RFQ)." The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561720, with a size standard of $22,000,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be received by the agency before the closing date and time (PST) specified above. The California National Guard STARBASE Los Alamitos is seeking to procure routine custodial services. Attachment 4 provides the Performance Work Statement (PWS) with specifications of this requirement. The provision at 52.212-1 Addendum to Instructions to offerors – Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Sep 2023), applies to this acquisition, addendum to this provision is attached to this combined synopsis solicitation as Attachment 2. The provision at 52.212-2 Addendum to Evaluation – Commercial Items Products and Commercial Services (Nov 2021), applies to this acquisition, the addendum to this provision is attached to this combined synopsis solicitation as Attachment 2. No changes in or deviation from the scope of work shall be affected without a written modification to the contract executed by the Contracting Officer.
