Hours of coverage at Longshore Club Park : • This location requires at least one ( 1 ) staff person to be on site , performing all required cleaning tasks . • Competent cleaning personnel shall be provided daily to fulfill all requirements of this contract . The contractor shall : cooperate and fully satisfy the needs of the Parks and Recreation Department , follow the daily instructions as directed , and be available to the Director of Parks and Recreation , or his / her designee , whenever requested . AREAS TO BE CLEANED : Once Daily - Administration Building ( weekdays ) and Maintenance Building ( weekdays ). Rotating Basis throughout the Day – 1 st Tee building , Longshore Pavilion restrooms , Longshore Pool restrooms , E . R . Strait Marina restrooms and Half - Way house restrooms . Interior of Buildings : The entire premises , including every room or area throughout the entire building , excluding only areas as specified herein , are covered under this contract . The premises include office space , various type rooms , stairways , lavatories , passageways , etc . Maintenance of all equipment in the buildings is not included in this contract and will be done by owner . Exterior of Buildings : The immediate exterior of the grounds shall be inspected daily and kept clean and free of all debris , such as papers , boxes , cans , bottles , etc .. All glass doors shall be washed as required or as directed by the Director of Parks and Recreation , or his / her designee .
