Description | Minimum Performance Requirements : Must remove ≥ 95 % of existing floor finish in a single application under standard dilution Maximum dwell time : 15 minutes Must not require more than two ( 2 ) passes for full removal under normal conditions Must be effective in both hard and soft water conditions Must fully remove polymer - based finishes , waxes , and emulsions Chemical & Safety Requirements : Ammonia - free and non - caustic pH range : 11 . 0 – 14 . 0 Phosphate - free Complete water solubility No residual alkali film after rinse Must include SDS documentation with submission Operational Requirements : Compatible with : o Mop - on stripping o Auto scrubber applications Standard dilution : 1 : 4 Coverage : 1 , 000 – 2 , 000 sq ft per gallon Must rinse clean with hot or cold water |
