Scope of Work and Deliverables This Scope of Work describes the deliverables sought through this RFP and the scope of what the awarded Offeror will be expected to offer through the contract resulting from this RFP . The Scope of Work is intended to provide interested Offeror ’ s with sufficient basic information to submit a proposal . It is not intended to limit a proposal ’ s content or exclude any relevant or essential data . Facilities Covered Centennial Campus – 33 , 000 SF See Attachment A Includes : Classrooms Skills labs Offices Restrooms Corridors Lobby areas Break rooms Shower facilities Lowry Studios – 26 , 583 SF See Attachment B Includes : Studio spaces Classrooms Production areas Offices Restrooms Lobby areas Cleaning Standard – APPA Level 2 All 59 , 583 total square feet shall be maintained at APPA Level 2 – Ordinary Tidiness . Minimum expectations : • Trash removed daily • Floors vacuumed or mopped daily • Restrooms fully sanitized daily • High - touch surfaces disinfected daily • No visible dust buildup • No visible debris accumulation • No noticeable odor CCA reserves the right to inspect and score performance . Nightly Custodial Services Services shall cover all cleanable square footage . Minimum nightly services : • Trash removal and liner replacement • Restroom cleaning and sanitizing • Floor care ( vacuum , mop , spot clean ) • Entry glass cleaning • Breakroom cleaning • Surface dusting • Spot wall cleaning • Consumable restocking Day Porter Services ( Both Campuses ) Equivalent daytime coverage is required at : • Centennial – 33 , 000 SF • Lowry – 26 , 583 SF Vendor must propose : • Defined daily coverage hours per campus • Staffing plan scaled appropriately to square footage and building use • Supervisor oversight plan Day porter duties : • Restroom touch - up cleaning • Spill response • Trash removal • Consumable monitoring • Event support • Hazard response • Work order submission Shower Cleaning – Centennial ( 33 , 000 SF facility ) Minimum requirements : • Daily cleaning and disinfection of all shower stalls • Removal of soap and mineral buildup • Cleaning of floor drains and tile • Inspection for mold or moisture buildup • Daily restocking of all consumables • Mid - day inspection by day porter • Immediate response to water hazard Vendor must describe cleaning frequency and chemical protocols . Work Order Integration Vendor shall : • Utilize CCA ’ s work order system • Submit facility - related issues promptly • Track and close custodial work orders • Provide monthly performance reports • Designate on - site supervisory contact
