CUSTODIAL SERVICES FOR ESD FACILITIES

1 . The Contractor must manage and maintain the Custodial Services program in accordance with any and all applicable laws or rules and regulations set forth by federal , state , and local authorities . 2 . The Contractor must comply with all policies and procedures in effect at the start of the agreement and those that may be added or modified during the period of this contract . 3 . The Contractor must provide all Material Safety and Data Sheets ( MSDS ) to the Environmental Services office . Also , maintain current and make available MSDS in a designated location or multiple locations . 4 . The Contractor must provide both labor and management staff who meet the initial and continued approval of County administration . The Management / Supervision staff , under the Contractor , shall adhere to the following : a . To provide supervision on - site during the entire time of hours the cleaning crew is in the buildings . b . Staff must have the ability to speak , read , and understand English . c . The supervisor shall not be a member of the cleaning crew itself but shall be a true supervisor . d . The supervisor shall be responsible for ensuring all aspects of cleaning are adequately and sufficiently accomplished before the cleaning crew leaves the premises . e . The supervisor shall deliver a copy of all quality control documents to the designated County employee . Please note that a full - time supervisor will not be required on buildings smaller than 40 , 000 square feet , however , all buildings should be inspected bi - weekly at minimum by a supervisor for quality control , documentation is still required .
