All Inspect all in - scope areas both outside ( including sidewalks , walkways , parking , lawns , flower beds , dumpster areas , entryways , etc .) and common areas ( including lobbies , hallways , stairwells , community rooms , kitchens , bathrooms , elevators , laundry areas , etc .). Photograph and report any maintenance , safety , or other problems . Recommend additional cleaning services as appropriate . Pick up all trash and debris Sweep or blow patios , sidewalks , walkways , entrances , dumpster areas Clean building entry glass exterior , including doors and partitions Check all trash cans ; empty , wipe down , replace liner as needed Sweep and damp mop all hard flooring ; vacuum all carpets and rugs Dust flat surfaces , including windowsills , baseboards , trim , etc . Clean and sanitize high - touch surfaces Spot clean walls Empty all trashcans , wipe down , replace liner Clean / deodorize trash gobbler room floors and compactor exterior ( Crown , Jackson , Underwood only ).
