A . The Custodial Service Management supplier ( CSM ) shall provide all personnel , equipment , supplies , tools , materials , supervision , sundries , and non - personal services necessary to perform Custodial Services as defined herein and perform to the standards set forth in this contract except for the items specified as Georgia Southern furnished property and responsibilities . B . The Custodial Service Management supplier ( CSM ) will develop , plan , operate , manage , and control the custodial services operation to Georgia Southern campus locations listed in the building list attachment with expected APPA Levels . This will include operations to carry out daily , weekly , monthly , quarterly , and semi - annual , routine , repetitive , and deep detail cleaning operations per APPA Cleaning Levels 1 , 2 and 3 , Frequency Chart . C . In addition to the academic , athletic , and event facilities listed , Georgia Southern is also seeking pricing for custodial services at four ( 4 ) Eagle Dining facilities . Two facilities are found on the Armstrong Savannah campus – The Galley Cafeteria and Chick Fil A dining areas ; and two facilities are found on the Statesboro Campus -- Dining Commons and Lakeside . The CSM shall provide all management , tools , equipment , sundries , and labor necessary to ensure custodial services are performed in a manner that will support the GS standards set forth here . D . The CSM shall perform custodial services in all designated spaces including but not limited to classrooms , study rooms , offices , halls , restrooms , work areas , entrance ways , breezeways , and storage areas . Georgia Southern campuses have a variety of spaces and surface materials that must be kept in a clean and safe manner . Campus locations cover approximately 4 , 685 , 000 cleanable square feet ( CSF ). E . In addition to routine custodial cleaning for classroom spaces , restrooms , offices , common area spaces , etc . The CSM will also provide the staffing of custodians for Campus events . The CSM will develop plans and services for all special events management which shall include custodial services as well as set up and takedown activities . F . The CSM will use the Levels of Cleanliness as set forth in Custodial Staffing Guidelines for Educational Facilities , Association of Physical Plant Administrators APPA ( appa . org ), the Association of Higher Education Facilities Officers , for all General Educational buildings ( excluding Eagle Dining Facilities ) covered within this proposal . The CSM will be responsible for providing an overall level of cleanliness of 2 . 0 + to the campuses , as defined by APPA standards while following the outlined frequency . G . For Eagle Dining facilities , The CSM will perform the tasks listed within this scope of work ( SOW ) in the section titled , Eagle Dining Services .
