The winning vendor must supply all cleaning supplies and equipment needed to perform satisfactory services . This includes but not limited to the following items : brooms , mops , vacuums , floor cleaning machines , dusters , and all chemicals . Pell City Schools will provide replacement garbage can liners , toilet paper , paper towels , and replacement hand soap . It is the intention of the Pell City School System to utilize one vendor equipped to provide all required services and adequate staffing to all listed facilities on a daily basis . ALL scope of work items should be performed on a daily basis . A . Clean all carpeted areas to include welcome mats , carpeted rooms , and hallways . B . Clean all hard surface flooring to include sweeping , vacuuming , mopping , or steam cleaning . C . All trash should be properly moved to the dumpster . D . Dusting of all hard surfaces . E . Cleaning of all glass to include doors , mirror , windows . All building entrances should be maintained with glass cleaner . F . All hallways should be swept , vacuumed , mopped , or steam cleaned . G . All sinks and counter spaces shall be wiped cleaned and disinfected . H . Doorknobs , light switches and all heavy traffic areas shall be sanitized and cleaned . I . All stairwells should be swept and mopped and remain free of debris . J . Concession stands shall be cleaned upon request from the Operations Department . K . Water fountains should be wiped down and disinfected daily . L . All restrooms including students , teachers , office space shall be cleaned and sanitized . All toilets should be scrubbed and sanitized . M . Pressure washing all facility sidewalks annually . Pressure washing PCSS campuses will be paid one time annually and should be performed over the summer and before students return to the school building in August .
