The current portal allows the District ’ s customers to monitor their hourly water use and set up alerts for high or continuous usage , which supports the District ’ s conservation messaging . Approximately 1 , 500 District customers currently use the portal . The District invites proposals from Vendors offering Commercial off - the - shelf software solutions as well as from Vendors proposing to design and implement a custom - developed customer portal tailored to the District ’ s requirements . |
