Description | Workstream of the West Midlands Bus Franchising Programme.The services include project management leadership of the Customer Workstream, customer experience design support, stakeholder and customer engagement strategy support, governance reporting, decision-making paper coordination, risk management support, business analysis support and preparation for Day 1 customer-facing operations under the bus franchising programme.The contract covers up to 120 consultancy days over a three-month period. Delivery will be provided on a flexible hybrid basis, with attendance at WMCA/TfWM sites and relevant meetings where required. |
