Description | The University requests the following services : a . Student accommodation ( double occupancy preferred ). Specify lodging type : hotel , apartment , dorm , homestay . b . Faculty accommodation ( in the same location as students or near student lodging if lodging is not appropriate for faculty or a furnished apartment ). c . In - country transportation , including airport pick up / drop off and any additional activities and excursions . Specify transportation type : ground / air / water , short - haul flights , rail , private coach , public transportation , etc . d . If selected for contract award , commitment to sign the international program agreement for each individual program , as required by CSUF and the CSU Chancellor ’ s Office . A sample international agreement is found under Exhibit G , International Program Agreement . e . Refund of any recoverable funds if CSUF cancels programs due to California State University Risk Management Authority (“ CSURMA ”) travel restriction or U . S . State Department Travel Warnings . Travel advisories can be found in the link included in the Exhibit F , Resource Links . f . Detailed risk management support services & crisis management plan . g . Access to quality medical facilities / care including English translation support , if necessary . h . ( Toll free ) emergency contact numbers ( U . S . and International )... |
