Invitation to Tender CUTLERS BROOK SUBDIVISION - PHASE 3 MUNICIPALITY OF THE DISTRICT OF GUYSBOROUGH The work under this project shall generally comprise but not necessarily be limited to provision of all labour, materials, and equipment for this subdivision development project. Work included under this project consists of grubbing, roadway construction, placement of Type 1 and Type 2 gravels, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, sewer main installation, and hydroseeding of all disturbed slopes. Tender Documents giving detailed requirements and specifications may be obtained from Strait Engineering Limited, 298 Reeves St, Unit 9, Port Hawkesbury, Phone (902) 625-3631 or at the office of the Municipality of the District of Guysborough, upon payment of a non-refundable $75.00 fee in either cash or cheque made payable to Strait Engineering Ltd. Digital copies of Tender Documents are available free of charge upon request from SEL: mshea@straiteng.com. Tender submissions will be received either by mail or electronically. Electronic tenders must be in PDF format, titled “Company Name – 24-17 – CUTLERS BROOK SUBDIVISION – PHASE 3” and sent to tenders@modg.ca, with the subject line “24-17 – CUTLERS BROOK SUBDIVISION – PHASE 3” and will receive a reply indicating “Tender submission has been received”. Hard copies are to be mailed to the undersigned and plainly marked “CUTLERS BROOK SUBDIVISION – PHASE 3, Municipality of the District of Guysborough”. Tender submissions will be accepted until 2:00 pm on Friday, June 7th, 2024. It is the Tenderer’s responsibility to ensure tender submissions are received on time. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, not necessarily accept the lowest tender, or to accept any tender which it may consider to be in the best interest of the Municipality.
