This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, “Acquisition of Commercial Products Commercial Services” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for the services described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is determined to provide the best value to the Government using a comparative evaluation. A comparative evaluation is the process of comparing the merits of quotes against each other without the use of a formal rating system. The objective of this requirement is to provide comprehensive, situational-awareness-level training regarding Cybersecurity for Federal Contracting Professionals. The training will provide a practical understanding of cybersecurity principles, relevant laws and regulations, and considerations for incorporating cybersecurity requirements into solicitations and contracts. NAICS Code 611430, Professional and Management Development Training is applicable and business size is $15 (millions of dollars). The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 3 July 2026 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 and the most current DFARS Change Notice. To be eligible for award, contractors must have a current registration and complete all Representations and Certifications in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Amendment 01- The purpose of this amendment is to add attatchement QA Goverment Responses. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Amendment 02- The purpose of this amendment is to (1) Change the performance method to VIRTUAL ONLY, (2) to Update QA Goverment Responses and (3) to Incorporate a revised Performance Work Statement (PWS).
