1 Required Item Dallas Co DHR Light Bulb Replacement Work should be done per specification Scope of WorkSupplier shall :• Remove non - functional light bulbs throughout the building • Install new light bulbs provided by Dallas County DHR • Verify proper operation of each fixture after installation • Ensure all bulbs are securely installed and functioning properly • Notify DHR POC of any fixtures that are damaged , defective , or require additional repair beyond bulb replacement • Follow all applicable safety and electrical standards • Use appropriate ladders and safety equipment as required • Clean work areas and remove any packaging or debris generated during installationWork AreasBulbs may be in offices , hallways , restrooms , conference rooms , break rooms , entryways , and other common areas throughout the facility . General Requirements • Supplier must coordinate scheduling with the POC prior to arrival • Work shall be performed during normal business hours unless otherwise approved • Supplier must comply with OSHA and all applicable safety regulations • Supplier must be an active vendor in Alabama Buys • Supplier must provide all necessary tools , ladders , and equipmentPricingLine 1 : Unit Price represents total labor cost for installation of all bulbs throughout the facility .
