THE PURPOSE OF THIS REQUEST FOR BID ( RFB ) IS TO ACQUIRE SERVICES FOR THE DATA CENTER RACK INSTALLTION FOR THE INTERNAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT . Install Seismic Attachment of Racks to the Sub - floor : Description of Work , Labor : Furnish material & labor to install seismic attachment to the sub - floor , 3 each new Racks and tie - downs to the sub - floor to match the existing seismic support . Description of Work , Material : Furnish new Unistrut seismic tie downs for 3 each additional new racks . Material includes Unistrut , Hilti anchors , all - thread nut & bolts , including all applicable tax and freight . Exclusions : Labor : Modifications to the existing floor system other than the removal and replacement of access floor panels we are working on . Moving cables or equipment , all permits , fees and / or changes affected by governmental agencies , waiver of subrogation , OCIP , CCIP bonding & cost of bonding . Modifications to Existing CPI Containment System : Description of Work , Labor : Furnish material & labor to modify the existing CPI wall containment system between the existing racks and add support to the tops of the new racks including installing Acrycell under the new racks . Cable cutout at new racks and installation of troughs at the top of the new racks . APC NetShelter Cable Management , Data Cable Partition , Black , 750MM BLK ( 6 Total ) PART # APW AR8172BLK Description of Work , Material : Furnish black Unistrut supports on the top of the new racks for the Containment system above the racks . Owner to supply and Kold loc ' s . Provide 2 AR3355B2 racks APC Net shelter 45u server rack encloser Exclusions : Labor : Modifications to the existing system other than listed above .
