Description | The South Jersey Transportation Planning Organization ( SJTPO ) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms , or groups of firms , to carry out a comprehensive data collection effort to include the collection of traffic counts , classification and speed data , location - based services data ( LBS ) data , and other datasets identified as critical to perform a future recalibration and validation of SJTPO ’ s South Jersey Travel Demand Model ( SJTDM ). The consultant is responsible for planning , coordinating , and executing the traffic data collection activities defined in this Request for Proposals in support of the SJTDM . |
