The West Virginia Department of Homeland Security - Division of Administrative Services is soliciting bids on behalf of the West Virginia Emergency Management Division to establish an open - end contract for DC Power Systems with Inverters . The Contract awarded from this Solicitation shall cover all items from the Vendor ’ s Catalog . The successful Vendor shall provide all catalog items to the Agency at discount .
