The contractor shall provide a NETA certified technician ( s ) to clean , inspect , and test electrical equipment in the identified facilities . All testing will be performed in reference to the ANSI / NETA MTS - 2023 Standard for Maintenance Testing Specifications for Electrical Power Equipment and Systems . The devices and required tests have been identified and are listed on the attached single line diagrams and device inventory lists . County Adult Detention Facility Protection Devices See attached bid reply form , device inventory , and single - line diagrams 013794 ( E - 0200 ) and 013808 for additional information . LES Operations Center Protection Devices See attached bid reply form , device inventory , and single - line diagram 015097 ( A - 0500 ) for additional information on the equipment to be tested and test procedures required by device . 2 . 0 Deliverables Contractor shall immediately communicate preliminary findings to the owner if unsafe conditions are identified . The final deliverable shall be a report for each facility containing the following information : Detailed equipment conditions including pass / fail assessment per NETA MTS criteria . Test equipment calibration records . Test procedures and data collected . Remedial actions taken , if any . Redlined single line diagrams if any discrepancies are noted . A summary of recommendations for corrective action , including maintenance and / or replacement of components tested . A summary of recommendations for future inspection and test intervals for all equipment tested .
