Project Management – including facilitation of regular project team meetings , schedule production , briefing materials , meeting agendas and summaries , invoicing , administration , quality control and assurance . Ensure usable . doc , . pdf , CAD and GIS files are available to stakeholders during the project and final files at project closeout . Public Outreach – including traditional and innovative methods and tools for soliciting feedback and communicating concepts ; stakeholder identification and engagement . It is anticipated the project will include at least two formal in - person public workshops and numerous virtual technical , advisory and special / focused meetings will be necessary . Assess community airport goals and regional aviation needs . Prepare an inventory of existing facilities , issues and historical activity at the Airport , including identifying the recently completed projects since the last Master Plan Update . Develop forecasts of future aviation demand levels based upon FAA Terminal Area Forecasts , current and projected market conditions , and supplement forecast data as necessary ( for example , forecast data from the recently completed Land Use Study and Advanced Air Mobility Studies ). Determine facility requirements of the airport through the next 20 years , including the possibility of additional facilities and / or expansion of existing facilities and land required in accommodating projected activity .
